He is currently holding the position of National HR Specialist in one of the International Organizations, and a freelance trainer & consultant. He is also the Founder Member and Treasurer of HR Forum, a voluntary organization facilitating HR capacity development in Chittagong and Adjunct Faculty in a number of renowned private universities in the county.
